I see a blank screen after logging in to my personal pension page/my value is 0, how is that possible?

This problem may occur if you use an outdated web browser. The following browsers have the best support, if you use the latest version:
– Google Chrome
– Internet Explorer
– Firefox
– Safari
Problems can also be entailed by an illogical combination of operating system and browser. We advise you to use Safari for an Apple operating system.

You can also try deleting your browser history. That will often help solve the problem. If neither of these options works, send an e-mail with a screenshot to klantenservice@befrank.nl.
