That can happen, of course. Have you already viewed your spam box? It is possible that e-mails from BeFrank may end up there inadvertently. You received your personal activation mail from klantenservice@befrank.nl.

Can’t you find the activation mail? Activate your pension page. You thereby need your client number once, which you can find on our letters and e-mails.
