That can happen, of course. Have you already viewed your spam box? It is possible that e-mails from BeFrank may end up there inadvertently. You received your personal activation mail from klantenservice@befrank.nl. If you have lost it or if can’t find it, let us know. Send an e-mail to klantenservice@befrank.nl. Please don’t forget to mention your 8-digit account number.
