You can easily and online reset your password. You will then receive an e-mail with which you can request a temporary password. We send this password by SMS to the telephone number you entered when you activated your portal. With the temporary password you can then change your password.
In some cases it is best to (re)activate your pension page. Have you either:
– forgotten the e-mail address you use to login?
– never logged in to your pension page?
– used a home telephone number when you activated your account?
If so, you can easily and online (re)activate your pension page. You thereby need your client number once, which you can find on our letters and e-mails at ‘Reference’.
