Why do I have activate my pension page again?

Since may 2018 you use your e-mail address to login. You might perhaps have missed our e-mail about this. No problem: you can easily reactivate your pension page. You thereby need your client number once, which you can find on our e-mails at ‘Reference’. Your details on your pension page will remain unchanged.

During the development and introduction of the new personal pension page, we opted not to convert your old login details, but to let you choose your login data yourself. Therefore you van now choose your own username (which is your personal e-mail address) and your own password.

Reactivating is very easily done:
– Click to reactivate your pension page
– Enter your CSN, date of birth and client number (stated on our letters and e-mails)
– You will then receive an activation mail to login to your pension page
