The ‘Logged in yes/no’ column is missing on the invoice specification. Is that right?

At the moment, this is missing from the employee overview on the employer portal. Once the new employee portal goes live, this information will be available again and you will be able to download the details.

Where can I find the other invoices? Previously I had to log in for each contributor/entity.

You don’t have to do that anymore. On the drop-down menu, select the contributor. You will then see the invoice and the matching specification straight away.

What should I do if there is an error?

An error can be very annoying. This can occur for a number of reasons. You can contact us at any time with your questions on 020-5621100 or at relatiebeheer@befrank.nl.

What changes can’t I make in the employer portal yet?

  1. Occupational disability
  2. Date of birth, sex or Citizen Service Number
  3. Unpaid leave
  4. Deaths
  5. Changes relating to former employees
To make these changes, please e-mail relatiebeheer@befrank.nl with the following information:
  1. Name of employee
  2. Citizen Service Number
  3. Change you would like to make

How quickly will new users get an account?

After we have received a completed form, new users will receive their the user name by e-mail and password by text message within 2 working days.

Why do you need a mobile number when requesting a new account?

For security reasons, we do not provide both your user name and password by e-mail. That’s why we send you your password by text message

I can’t log in to the Transaction Service anymore. What do I do now?

That’s right. You will be redirected to the new employer portal. You can make changes in exactly the same way.

How quickly are changes processed in the employer portal?

Changes are processed by us immediately.

Where can I find the employer portal?

We have merged the employer portal with our Transaction Service, so you now only have to log in once. Do you want to have access the new portal and aren't you using the Transaction Service yet? Then click here to provide your details.

What can I do if I’ve made a mistake in entering a change?

Most changes can be corrected as soon as you see that they have been processed. They can then be corrected after just a few minutes. You can correct the following changes on the portal:
  • Date the member joined and left the company
  • Moving the member to the right scheme
  • Putting the member under the right entity
If you need to correct a date of birth, sex or Citizen Service Number, please e-mail us. Please send the following information about the employee to relatiebeheer@befrank.nl:
  • Name of employee
  • Citizen Service Number
  • Change you would like to make
Please note: If a mistake is made with the date the employee joined the company, we will need to remove the employee from the pension scheme. A charge of €100 applies to correct this change.

Where can I find our employee overview?

The employee overview can be found on the employer portal homepage. Click here to log in.

My advisor manages my account for me. Can they do that with the new employer portal?

Your advisor can use the current login details for the Transaction Service to make changes in the new employer portal. Does your advisor has no login details yet? Then he/she can request this by using this web form.

Can I create an account for my colleague?

No, you cannot do that yourself in the portal. You can use the web form to enter your colleague’s details, or your colleague can complete the form. Once this has been processed, we will send your colleague their new login details.  

Can I make changes on my smartphone?

Yes, you can use your mobile phone or tablet to change or enter details.  

Can I also log in to the employer portal using my login details for the Transaction Service?

Yes, you can. We have integrated the Transaction Service and employer portal into a single environment. You can use your current login details for the Transaction Service to log in to the new employer portal.
