After graduating from Deventer Polytechnic (Business Economics course) in 1999, Maroesjka started her career by joining ABN Amro Verzekeringen as a trainee. She then took up a role as a life insurance and pensions insurance adviser within one of the businesses. From there she progressed to a post as a business consultant and subsequently to project and programme manager. In these roles, she led several complex change processes at the interface between business and IT. In late 2011 Maroesjka moved to Delta Lloyd, once again taking on a project manager role. She is currently working towards an MBA, which she hopes to complete in 2014. She joined BeFrank in October 2013.
The open atmosphere and short management lines at BeFrank appeal to Maroesjka. In her post as Information Management Manager she enjoys the challenge of ensuring that the right changes are made at the right time to allow BeFrank to continue to exploit its capacity to innovate as well as to maintain product leadership.
Maroesjka enjoys running, playing tennis, travelling and reading.
