We want to ensure you are satisfied with how we handle your query or complaint. We do our best to let you know how we intend to deal with your complaint within one week. If you still feel that we have not responded appropriately, you may take your complaint to the Financial Services Complaints Institute (KiFiD). KiFiD is accredited by the Ministry of Finance and is therefore the only recognised financial dispute resolution body in the meaning of the Financial Supervision Act.
