BeFrank’s employees do the talking

Who are you and what do you do?

My name is Dirk Schoute and I have been at BeFrank as a Senior Account Manager since August 2011. Firstly, I was looking for a youthful, enterprising and energetic company to work for. I have certainly found that at BeFrank. What’s more, BeFrank is a business that sets itself apart, dares to speak out, provides an honest service and takes its clients seriously.

In the market for pensions, it is important for pension professionals to know about BeFrank. They need to be informed about the product. And they need to be able to contact you. It is therefore important that BeFrank has a face. I see this task as my key responsibility. In practical terms, this means that I regularly speak with pension advisers and consultants, to help them understand our product and the options available.

Who are you and what do you do?

My name is Margo Ent and I have been a Management Secretary at BeFrank since June 2011. I really enjoy the work, the culture and my colleagues. My activities are wide-ranging, diverse and consist largely of supporting management and the organisation in all kinds of ways. Working closely with management is enjoyable and no two days are ever the same.

Who are you and what do you do?

My name is Marco van Overbeek and I have worked at BeFrank since April 2011. My job at BeFrank is Business Information Administrator in the Information Management (IM) department. The IM department forms the link between the users of the records system and the system developers. Any product development wishes, for instance, are analysed, specified and then built into the system. Because BeFrank is a young business, I am also deployed to other areas too, making it a very varied job.
